Just two months ago I turned a spotlight on the relatively new site Chinese-Tools.com, and I predicted that this would be a site to watch for great new things.
I just love it when I’m right.
(I’m now averaging 1.25 times a year, according to Mrs. Baker.)
Today, in addition to the resources I featured in September, they’re over halfway through creating a series of 40 online lessons to learn Chinese in “ten minutes a day.” As they describe it:
40 lessons, Program Description
Prepared by experts in the language, each course begins with the basics and gradually promotes the student to a level of smooth and confident communication, including:All texts in pinyin and Chinese characters
Step-by-step guide to pronunciation and grammar
Plenty of practice exercises
Practical vocabulary and a bilingual glossary
Clear, uncluttered, and user-friendly layout
An exploration of the culture
And much more…
Quite a few other new resources have popped up there as well that you’ll want to explore. Man, don’t those Chinese-Tools.com people ever sleep?
