Converting Pinyin Tone Numbers to Diacritical Tone Marks

I’m asked from time to time if I know of any tools to convert pinyin with tone number indicators–such as ma1 ma2 ma3 ma4–to pinyin with diacritical marks–as in ma má ma mà.
