If you’re interested in reading “China Blogs,” the choices are numerous. But one of my current favorites includes barely any words at all. But the pictures, Helga, you must see the pictures!
Shanghai Streets does include a written blog that focuses on music events and venues, but I can’t seem to pull myself away from its photo blog, featuring some amazing pictures mostly taken on, well, Shanghai’s Streets, by Brad Ferguson, “an expat living in China.”
I’ll let the pictures do the talking. You might start here, and then use the Previous Entries link on each main page to browse through the additional pages of thumbnails. (And, you know, click the thumbnails to view full size versions and-all-that.)

It’s like a photo walking tour of Shanghai, with scenes of both the beautiful and mundane, all worth looking at, a few worth gawking over.
